We haven’t done a link roundup in awhile and the time has come to share.
A number of cool things have found their way across our screen this week. Here’s a sampling.

- Alsace Lorraine, which some think of as the place that always seems to flip flop between French and German control is throwing its hat in the ring as a foodie haven. This post, from Foodie’s Emporium documents that region’s big bash in MTL and all it’s glory! The eatin looked GOOD!
- We’ve always been massive fans of Korean food (Hwang Kum is our reg spot). Eve Dumas has a great post on Korean cuisine on her La Presse blog
- Our friend Amanda Strong pointed us to this link on organic food from China – guess what? It might be less “organic” than you think…Shocker!
- Also, since we hate wasting food we enjoyed this post from the Food Guy himself. He’s got ideas on how you can NOT waste your chicken.
